ARTS AND THEATRE
We are very fortunate to have in our area a wide range of arts venues : the Lyric Theatre in Hammersmith, the newly-reopened Riverside Studios , the new Theatre at the Tabard -as well as many cinema screens , including the new Chiswick Cinema. We also can see productions at the ArtsEd College and have the Bedford Park Festival and the Chiswick Literary Festival.
THE CHISWICK CINEMA
Opened in 2021 , the Chiswick Cinema has four screens showing the most recent releases , as well as a bar and restaurant. There is a membership scheme with discounts and priority booking.

THE TABARD THEATRE
The Tabard Theatre opened in 1985 above the Tabard Pub, a popular and historic local landmark. It has just reopened under new management as the Theatre at the Tabard. It has always had a strong local and national reputation as a venue for breaking new theatrical talent and is one of the most welcoming and well equipped studio theatres in the capital.
It has a full programme of productions starting in July 2022.
The Tabard is has in the past been used as a venue for comedians such as Al Murray, Russell Howard, Chris Addison and Dara O'Briain.
Theatre at the Tabard is above the Tabard pub at 2 Bath Road , very near the junction with Turnham Green Terrace and a few minutes from Turnham Green Underground station.

ARTS ED THEATRE
The Arts Ed Theatre is the performance wing of the Arts Educational School, situated at 14 Bath Road, just opposite St Michael and All Angels Church. The Arts Ed School is one of the country's leading colleges for the performing arts at both sixth form and undergraduate level. The Arts Ed Theatre provides a rich and varied programme of drama and musical theatre open to parents, locals and anyone wanting a preview of the future of British acting talent.
